Banana is all season, omnipresent fruit. Why not peel and cut a few Bananas and quickly prepare a sumptuous Milkshake for yourself?
Banana blends well with milk. Hence you can see in many Indian Temples, rasayanas are served and even in theertha they mix banana & milk. Maybe someone inspired by the taste of theertha invented this Banana Milkshake. Banana milkshake is very easy to prepare and very lovely to taste. This also is very nutritive.
- Banana – 4-5
- Sugar – 2 Tbsp
- Milk – 2 glasses
Time to Prepare: 10 mins
How To Make Banana Milkshake:
- Cut the peeled Banana into pieces. Transfer to a mixer jar. Add Sugar and grind into smooth paste in the mixer grinder.
- Then add Milk to the mixer jar and grind for 2 min until the banana paste blends well with the Milk.
- Pour out the jar contents to a serving vessel and store the Banana Milk shake in refrigerator for an hour.
