Strawberry is little sour to taste when eaten as it is. So I used to wonder why the milkshake made out of strawberry won’t coagulate like plain milk with the touch of citrus does. To make at home I would fear that the milkshake would spoil. When I saw in the juice shop how easily this was done, my fear vanished. I tried this simple yet tasty strawberry milkshake preparation at home. Result was awesome. Serve chilled to taste better.
My daughter always love to drink Strawberry Milkshake, when I went to my parents place, my father used to prepare this Milkshake for me and to Dhanya. She doesn’t like to eat Strawberry directly, so we feed her by preparing Milkshake by filtering it. She says it should be free from seeds and easy while drinking.
Ingredients for Strawberry Milkshake :
- Strawberry – 8-10
- Sugar – 2 Tbsp
- Milk – 1 Glass
Preparation Time : 5-7 min
How to Make Strawberry Milkshake :
- Cut the Strawberry into small pieces.Transfer them to a mixer grinder jar; add sugar and 1/2 cup of Milk.
- Grind well in the mixer until the ingredients form a smooth paste. Then add remaining milk and grind some more. Strawberry Milkshake is ready.
- Strain the Strawberry Milkshake if needed. I love to drink as it is.
- Keep the Milkshake in refrigerator for an hour and serve cool.
