Eating Nutritious food is necessary to keep our body healthy. Making Children eat vegetables and cereals daily is an high end task. This can be made easier by stuffing them in tasty Parathas. In order to make Parathas yummy I had to do some research which got me the “Paratha Masala”.
I took this recipe from the book called “Breads of India” by Kanchan Kabra. This book really helps in preparing variety of Parathas (Stuffed and Non-stuffed), Naan, Kulcha and few varieties of Salads, Pickles, Lassi which are a good combination to Paratha. This book is mainly on Indian Breads.
This Paratha Masala especially goes well with Rajma Paratha. I recently prepared the Rajma Paratha by following Masala from the same book with little changes. Will post this Paratha soon.
Preparation of Paratha Masala is very easy if all the ingredients are in hand. Just mix well all the below listed ingredients and store in an airtight container, use when required. I used MDH Garam Masala in this recipe, as homemade Garam Masala becomes too strong.
