Banana is all season, omnipresent fruit. Why not peel and cut a few Bananas and quickly prepare a sumptuous Milkshake for yourself?

Banana blends well with milk. Hence you can see in many Indian Temples, rasayanas are served and even in theertha they mix banana & milk. Maybe someone inspired by the taste of theertha invented this Banana Milkshake. Banana milkshake is very easy to prepare and very lovely to taste. This also is very nutritive.

Banana Milkshake Ingredients:
  • Banana – 4-5
  • Sugar – 2 Tbsp
  • Milk – 2 glasses

Time to Prepare: 10 mins

How To Make Banana Milkshake:

  1. Cut the peeled Banana into pieces. Transfer to a mixer jar. Add Sugar and grind into smooth paste in the mixer grinder.
  2. Then add Milk to the mixer jar and grind for 2 min until the banana paste blends well with the Milk.
  3. Pour out the jar contents to a serving vessel and store the Banana Milk shake in refrigerator for an hour.

Serve chilled.
